Consultation and Vacant Staging

$175.00/hr.

Consultations are designed for occupied or pre-furnished homes. A minimum of a one hour walk thru is conducted to discuss what changes can be made to the home to get it ready for listing. If additional furniture needs to be brought in from our inventory, an added price will be discussed based on the amount of furnishings needed.

Partial Stage

$2600.00 - $3600.00

The kitchen, living room and master bedroom are the top selling features of a home. With a partial stage, we focus on staging these main areas and leave spare bedrooms or bonus spaces empty.

Full Stage

$3200.00 - $8000.00

Full Stages are important for luxury or model homes. We stage every space within the home as well as additional patio areas. When EVERY picture counts and every space needs to shine we stage all rooms.
