Acacia Creek Home Staging was established over a decade ago, when staging was relatively still a new concept to the real estate market. Since then, we’ve steadily grown and become the Central Coast's leading staging professionals. Owner Jessica Bass and her team’s experience staging hundreds of homes ensures they understand how to help you sell your home - quicker and at a higher price.
Our Process
Request a Quote
Contact us with information about the home to receive a free staging estimate. We need to know the location, square footage and any additional specifications you think are important.
Initial Walk Through
Once your staging quote is reviewed and approved, we will schedule an on-site walk through of the home. At this time we prepare a final bid and make our list of staging needs.
We Stage the Home
After the contract is signed, we schedule a day for the staging install. Staging will be complete and ready for photos in 1-2 days. We require at least one week’s notice before the close of escrow to schedule deinstallation.
